NEW DELHI: The Indian Army on Wednesday posted a video on the social media platform X just moments before launching missile strikes on nine terror targets in Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK) under Operation Sindoor .
Titled "Ready to Strike, Trained to Win", the video was a high-intensity compilation showcasing the might of the Indian forces. It featured tanks, artillery fire, soldiers in action, and attack helicopters. The video ended with a message reading "always ready, always victorious".
Minutes after the video was made public, the Indian Army carried out a surprise attack targeting terror infrastructure across PoK.
Following the strikes, the Army posted again on X, stating: "Justice is Served, Jai Hind!"
The strikes were carried out in response to the terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, in which 26 innocent people lost their lives on April 22.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi hailed the armed forces for carrying out targeted strikes at terror camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir, PTI reported, quoting sources.
