Three terrorists have been killed after an encounter broke out between terrorists and security forces in the Harwan area near Dachigam National Park in J&K's Srinagar on Monday.
The Army's Chinar Corps confirmed the development on X, saying, "Three terrorists have been neutralised in an intense firefight. Operation Continues."
Security forces had launched an anti-terror operation in the Mulnar area of Harwan based on intelligence inputs. During the search operation, two rounds of gunfire were heard, PTI reported quoting officials.
Reinforcements were sent to the area, and search operations were intensified to locate the terrorists.
