Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, made a rare public appearance on April 30, enjoying a parents' day out with friends over dinner. The two kept their attire simple, casual, yet glamorous as they stepped headed out on a dinner date with Instagram head Adam Mosseri at the upscale restaurant in Bandra.
The couple, who will soon be moving into the neighbourhood, into their plush Rs 100+ crore home, left their daughter Dua at home as they spent the evening on a fine dining experience.
After their spotting outside the restaurant, Mosseri took to his handle to a selfie that he captioned, “I got to meet the amazing and charismatic power couple that is @deepikapadukone and @ranveersingh this evening in Bombay, and enjoy some unreal food..."
Deepika responded playfully, commenting, “What happens at @papasbombay stays at @papasbombay!” accompanied by emojis.
Ranveer also replied to the post saying, “Good times! COYG!”
The star couple also got together for a playful group photo with the restaurant's service staff, and chefs.
For the evening, Deepika donned a beige blazer over a white tee paired with jeans, while Ranveer sported a white T-shirt under a black jacket and matching trousers. On their way out of the restaurant, Ranveer was seen playing the doting protective hubby as he held Deepika's hand and lead her to their waiting car.
This dinner comes amid reports of Deepika's upcoming role in Shah Rukh Khan's next film, 'King'. Meanwhile, reports doing the rounds also state that DP will return to the spy universe in 'Pathaan 2'. While the actress is currently spending quality time away from the film sets with daughter Dua, Ranveer is currently busy shooting Aditya Dhar's 'Dhurandhar' and is also prepping to start work on Farhan Akhtar's 'Don 3'.
