The UK's biggest supermarkets are preparing for a busy Christmas season. As such, Tesco has announced exactly when customers can buy their items ready for the holidays - and it's much earlier than you'd think.
Many foodies across the country opt for buying their Christmas dinner from the supermarket giant, using its Festive Food to Order range, which is back once again in 2025. It boasts indulgent mains, sides, and desserts, filled to the brim with a wide range of dishes that can arrive at your door as late as the day before Christmas Eve, removing any last-second panic before Santa slides down your chimney. But for those more organised, however, you can get exactly what you need much more in advance.

Around 90% of the range are Tesco Finest, including the limited edition Tesco Finest Chef's Collection which boasts recipes crafted by expert chefs, using premium ingredients and innovative presentations.
You can enjoy peace of mind by securing these orders in advance and have them delivered right to your door, or ready to collect in store just before Christmas Day.
Highlights include the 3-Bird Sharing Pâté, Beef Wellington, Feta & Spinach Spanikota with honey drizzle, Salted Banoffee Cascading Star, Winter Berry Panna Cotta Snowflake, Seafood Sharing Platter with Marie Rose Sauce, and much much more.
To explore the full Festive Food to Order range, visit the Tesco website here and prepare your stomaches to rumble.
Tesco customers will have the opportunity to add the items directly to their baskets from November 4.
All you have to do is sign in to the website and book a slot. Delivery Saver customers will have from 6am on November 4 to 11.45pm on December 14, while all other customers can do so from 6 am on November 11 to 11.45pm on December 14.
Then you can enjoy your food once it's delivered with the ability to receive your festive food between December 20 and 23, or to collect from Click+Collect with selected stores open for collection on Christmas Eve (December 24).
