M6 traffic LIVE: Overturned car sparks severe delays on Bank Holiday Monday

There were "severe" delays on the M6 after a car overturned on the motorway. The two-vehicle collision was reported on the M6 southbound between junction 19 for Knutsford and junction 18 for Middlewich. Traffic monitoring system Inrix states: "Three lanes are blocked and there are severe delays due to an accident involving two vehicles. A car has overturned on the M6 southbound between junctions 18 and 19. Traffic is slow on the opposite side."

A second collision on the M6 southbound - between junctions 16 and 17 - has closed two lanes.
