X Factor's Tom Mann 'loved-up' with girlfriend who is spitting image of tragic fiancee

Send Push

Just three years after the tragic death of his fiancé, X Factor star Tom Mann found love again with new girlfriend Danielle Dolder. And it looks as though their relationship is going from strength to strength if his latest social media post is anything to go by.

The singer and songwriter, 31, who found fame on X Factor back in 2014, shared with fans a picture of him kissing Danielle lovingly on the cheek, while she smiled for the camera.

Their relationship comes after Tom was left devastated in 2022 when his then wife-to-be, who was also the mother of their son Bowie, died the morning of the couple's wedding day.

Danielle passed away at the age of 34. She had flown home from a holiday in Sardinia a month before she died. However, her cause of death was unknown and she had not suffered from any known health conditions.

At the time of her death, Tom shared the tragic news on Instagram accompanied by a picture of Danielle holding their son, who was only eight months old at the time.

He penned: "I can’t believe I am writing these words but my darling Dani – my best friend, my everything and more, the love of my life – passed away in the early hours of Saturday morning, 18th June. On what was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives ended in irreversible heartbreak."

He added: "I feel like I have cried an ocean. We never made it to the alter; or got to say our vows, or dance our first dance, but I know you know that you were my entire world and the best thing that has ever happened to me, Danielle. I will wear this ring that I was always supposed to wear as a sign of my unconditional love to you."

He continued: "I am completely broken trying to process this and I honestly don’t know where to go from here, but I do know I need to use any strength I can muster for our little boy. I will not be a mark on the parent that you had already become but I promise I will do my everything to raise Bowie just the way we always wanted. I promise you he will know how amazing his mummy was. I promise to make you so so proud."

Tom went on to say: "The most beautiful person inside and out. The most incredible soul. We have lost such a special person and I am sure we are about to see an abundant outpouring of love that reflects that. I will try to find peace in your messages and comments, but right now I am grieving and I will be for a very, very long time. My darling Dani, the brightest light in any room, my world is nothing but darkness without you. I will miss you forever."

But in April this year, it was revealed that he had managed to move on following a series of dates with Danielle.

In a surprising twist, Danielle not only bares an uncanny similarity with Tom's late fiancée but also the same first name, who was named Danielle Hampson.

Sharing his new love with his followers, Tom posted pictures of their dates including one of them at lunch during the Easter holiday.

A source told The Sun at the time: "It’s early days but they’re dating and things are going really well."

Tom and Danielle both share a love of music as she is in a duo with her twin sister called Zara and their band is titled Dolder.

Tom auditioned for the X Factor in series 10 and 11 as a solo singer. But he was then put into the band Stereo Kicks and made it all the way to the final in 2014.

The band included Jake Sims, Chris Leonard, Charlie Jones, Casey Johnson, Barclay Beales, Reece Bibby.
