Police have launched an urgent hunt for a four-month-old baby girl and her 17-year-old mum who went missing from a town centre over 24 hours ago.
Skye Conway, 17, from Medway, Kent, was last seen with the daughter near Strood town centre at around 7.30pm yesterday with her four-month-old baby girl. said it was "growing increasingly concerned" for the mother and daughter's welfare.
