Tickets are valid for either peak or off-peak times. Peak tickets can be used any day, including weekends and school holidays, while off-peak tickets are limited to weekdays, excluding school holidays.

While most reviews were positive, some visitors were not as impressed. One left a three-star review that said: "The view is amazing but there is no enough space to sit. Almost everyone is standing and after some time, it is getting exhausting."
