Amazon customers have been gushing about a smartwatch they describe as a "budget-friendly" yet "sleek" and "comfortable" device to sport.

The Smart Watch for Men and Women was £129.99 but has now dropped by 82% to £23.99, offering a massive £105.01 saving for gadget enthusiasts. This time-limited offer applies to the midnight black and pink smartwatches.

The Poounur smartwatch features a 1.95-inch HD curved display, complete with 3D tempered glass and pledges to provide a 320×385 resolution for "enhanced" clarity and a "broader" viewing experience. Boasting its slender 8mm profile and weighing just 32g, the lightweight yet practical gadget aims to provide all-day comfort.

The smartwatch offers four levels of adjustable brightness, ensuring clear visibility beneath blazing sunshine or during dimmer evening hours. The device also includes Bluetooth calls and smart message notifications, a 'GloryFit' app and more than 110 sport modes, reports Wales Online.

The watch is also waterproof, meaning it can monitor your steps, distance, calories burned, and workout duration while you're engaging in outdoor or indoor activities, such as jogging, cycling, or working up a sweat at the gym. However, while it's waterproof, Amazon warns that this smartwatch isn't suitable for swimming or hot showers.

When you're not exercising, the Amazon smartwatch also comes fitted with a high-precision optical sensor that enables 24-hour real-time heart rate monitoring, keeping you updated about your physical wellbeing. It also evaluates sleep quality and can track long-term health patterns, helping you develop a healthier way of life.

According to Amazon, this smartwatch boasts extended battery life and multiple functions. It runs on a 300mAh battery with a low power consumption design, which means it aims to deliver up to five to seven days of use and up to 30 days of standby time, requiring just 1.5 hours of charging. And it's also compatible with smartphones running Bluetooth 4.0, Android 5.0, iOS 9.0, or newer versions.

Alternatively, there are loads of other smart watches available, including the Atheewon S10 Military Smart Watch, also available on Amazon, and has been reduced from £159.99 to £29.99 – a £130 discount.

Meanwhile, major brands such as Apple and Samsung are recognised for their steep prices for smartwatches. However, Sky Mobile customers can reduce costs by spreading the expense of devices like the Apple Watch SE or Samsung Galaxy Watch7 from £7 a month. If you don't mind splashing more cash, you can find the Samsung Galaxy Watch7 for its full price of £239 at Samsung's own store.

Returning to Amazon, and the Smart Watch for Men Women has earned a rating of 4.9 out of 5-stars and approximately 215 reviews.
