NEET UG 2025 admit card released: Download now at neet.nta.nic.in

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit card for the NEET UG 2025 exam today, April 30. Candidates appearing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) can now download their admit cards from the official website — neet.nta.nic.in.

The NEET UG 2025 exam will be held on May 4, and admit cards are compulsory to enter the exam centre. Without it, you won’t be allowed to take the test.

How to Download the NEET UG 2025 Admit Card

  • Visit neet.nta.nic.in
  • Click on the link that says “NEET UG 2025 Admit Card”
  • Log in with your application number and date of birth/password
  • Enter the security pin
  • Download and print multiple copies of the admit card
  • Check all details carefully — if anything is incorrect, contact NTA immediately
Things to Carry on NEET UG 2025 Exam Day (May 4)
To avoid any issues on exam day, make sure to carry the following:


  • Printed copy of your NEET UG 2025 admit card
  • A valid photo ID proof (like Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport, voter ID, or driving licence)
  • One passport-size photo (same as the one in your application)
  • One postcard-size photo (for attendance sheet, as required by NTA)
What to Check on the Admit Card
Once you download the admit card, check if the following information is correct:

  • Your name, roll number, application ID, and date of birth
  • Gender, category, and parent’s name
  • Exam date and time
  • Exam centre name and address
  • Question paper language
  • Your photograph and signature
  • Dress code and important instructions
NEET UG 2025 Exam Details

Date: May 4, 2025

Time: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Reporting time: Reach by 1:30 PM

Mode: Offline (pen and paper)

Questions: 180 multiple-choice questions from Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology

Languages: 13, including English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Assamese, and more

This year, NEET returns to the pre-Covid format, meaning no optional questions.

Around 23 lakh students are expected to appear, competing for over 1 lakh MBBS seats, 27,618 BDS seats, 52,720 AYUSH seats, 1,899 AIIMS seats, and 249 JIPMER seats across India.

What Happens After the Exam?

Provisional Answer Key: Expected in the 4th week of May

Result: Likely by June 14, 2025

Counselling: Begins in July 2025

Counselling for All India Quota seats will be handled by MCC, while state quota admissions will be managed by individual states.
