The Government of India runs the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana for this. But let us tell you that under this scheme, the government has made some requirements. Only those who fulfill those requirements get benefits in the scheme, but the government has now reduced three conditions to take advantage of this scheme. Due to which now more people will be able to get benefits in the scheme. Let us tell you which conditions have been removed.

These conditions have been removed for benefits in Awas Yojana

Earlier there were 13 conditions from the Government of India to get benefits under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Whoever fulfilled these 13 conditions. Only then he could apply for benefits in Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. But now three of these conditions have been removed. The first condition among these is minimum monthly income. Earlier the scope for this was Rs 10000 by the government.

Which has been removed and made Rs 15000. Apart from this, those who used to have two wheelers or fishing boats under this scheme earlier. Those people could not apply. But now if someone has a scooter or bike, then they can also apply to get benefits in the scheme.

Earlier, the last date for the survey in Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana was fixed as 30 April 2025. But now the central government has extended this date. And it has been made 15 May 2025 instead of 30 April 2025. Those who have not been able to take advantage of this scheme till now. Those people can apply till 15 May to avail the benefits.
