Chelsea have reached an agreement with Manchester United for the transfer of Alejandro Garnacho, football.london understands. Earlier this year, the Argentine winger was told by Ruben Amorim he could leave Old Trafford with a move to Stamford Bridge as his priority.
Attempts by Chelsea to sign him were made in the January transfer window but those were rebuffed. However, Garnacho has been set on joining the Blues with his wish now being granted.
He will sign a seven-year contract with the Blues and will cost £40 million as a fixed fee. United have also included a 10 per cent sell-on clause in the deal.
